Anil Kapoor’s 24 debut!

Anil Kapoor is set to make his American television debut in 24 as it returns for its 8th season with agent Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) keeping America safe.

Kapoor is playing a Middle Eastern President Omar Hassan, although the specific nationality of the peace-keeping leader has not been disclosed because producers were vary of getting into “tricky territory.”

AK must have dazzled the cast, crew and execs of the show because his contract has been extended from 10 episodes to 16! It’s great to see that Slumdog Millionaire has really allowed him to venture into different mediums after his waning film career in Mumbai.

Check out the short promo of this Sunday’s 2 hour season premiere and a short interview with AK gushing about the role.

I have recently started a web site, the info you offer on this web site has helped me tremendously. Thanks for all of your time & work. “The achievements of an organization are the results of the combined effort of each individual.” by Vince Lombardi.

  • I have been browsing on-line greater than three hours today, but I by no means discovered any fascinating article like yours. It’s pretty value enough for me. Personally, if all webmasters and bloggers made excellent content material as you probably did, the web will likely be a lot more helpful than ever before. “It’s all right to have butterflies in your stomach. • Street Fighter 4 and Resident Evil 5 has just got them above the water, but that doesnt mean Keiji can go out can make a next gen Rockman/Megaman game if half the so-called Megaman fans are not going to buy it. If anyone has watched Ariga and Inafune advisertising the Rockman Megamix books, you would see that Keiji didnt seem to happy with Megaman 9 (he had that looks as if my beloved franchise has been reduced to this on his face). Ariga was all excited while Inafune wasnt. Bionic Commando flopped in the US, which struck Capcom hard, now imagine if that was a Megaman game. There were hundreds of Bionic Commando fans that said they were going to buy it, but in the end, only a few people brought it while others downloaded it for free. Dead Rising 2, Dark Void, and Lost Planet 2 are next, so lets hope they sell.

  • Thank you for the great post. I am anticipating some different ideas from your side. You constantly present some new thoughts in your posts.

Admiring the hard work you put into your blog and in depth information you present. It’s good to come across a blog every once in a while that isn’t the same unwanted rehashed material. Excellent read! I’ve saved your site and I’m adding your RSS feeds to my Google account.
