So we’ve got 2 songs on our radar right now which could be bubbling up the charts in the next few weeks as each respective movie is released.

The first is from the Govinda-Tushar Kapoor-Fardeen Khan-Genelia D’Souza-Prachi Desai (whew! talk about a ensemble cast!) starrer Life Partner.

We’ll admit that when we first heard the first single off Tulsi Kumar’s debut album Love Ho Jaye, it was OK but we didn’t expect to like it as much as we do now!

But it has a catchy tune, simple lyrics and easy to dance to, so it’s wonder we keep singing “Radhe Radhe Radhe” everywhere… hehe.

It’s turning out to be a maha-war between Kaminey’s Dhan Te Nan and Love Aaj Kal’s Twist trying to grab that #1 spot!!

We love both and just like parents can’t choose a favourite child (!) we can’t either!!

We love KK.

We’ve loved him since…well since EVER!!  He honestly has such an amazing voice, we eargerly await any hindi movie soundtrack if he’s part of it.

Remember our past obsession with Master Salim who sang Sajni??

Well he’s back!! He has sung Aahun Aahun (along with Niraj Shridar and Suzie Q) for Love Aaj Kal and we really can’t get enough of the song! The beat’s so addictive and those vocal chords really take the tune to another level!

Let it become YOUR new obsession too…hehe.

Our current obsession is with Khudaya Ve from Imran Khan and Shruti Hasaan’s new film Luck.

The song is composed by brothers Salim-Sulaiman Merchant who did the music for Fashion, Aaja Nachle and Dor (3 soundtracks we loved!) So it’s no surprise that they have another hit on their hands.

It’s a slow, free-flowing romantic song… just what we love!

You can just feel the heartbreak, hopelessness and the hope in the song. We can’t wait to see how its translated onscreen with Shahid Kapoor playing both Guddu and Charlie.

It makes us wonder why VB doesn’t just quit making movies and focus on composing music, seriously how multi-talented can you be?!

Mustafa Zahid, lead singer of Pakistani band Roxen has returned to hindi playback singing with the movie Runway.

We last heard Zahid on Mahesh Bhatt’s Awarapan where he sang Tera Mera Rishta and Toh Phir Aao. The songs swept over nation and secured the top spots on all the music charts (and in our hearts).

This time MZ is back to recreate the magic by singing those soft-rock Sufi-esque tracks we love.

Khuda Ke Liye is truly poetic and mellow.

Mahesh Bhatt’s Vishesh films is all set to release their new movie come mid-July titled Jashn. Since premise of the film revolves around Adhyayan Suman musical journey, we can expect the soundtrack to be unbelievably good!

Another indefinite hit for the Bhatt camp?

Mithoon Sharma is a name you probably don’t recognize but this 23-year old music composer and singer is behind songs like Woh Lamhe, Maula Mere Maula and Tere Bin.

He has released his first Indi-pop record and we really can’t get enough of the album!!!

One of the most amazing tracks is Tu Hi Mera(Rab ki Tarah Hai).
