It was a chaotic mess in Hyderabad when Salman Khan held a press conference for his upcoming film Veer. It is reported that at least 5 people were injured after a stampede broke out to catch a glimpse of Khan and his costar Zarine Khan.

And THAT is the power of SALUU!

Slash we fully see how everyone thinks that ZK is a Katrina Kaif lookalike, but seriously what is up with the coloured contact lenses?! Grr.

Veer hits theaters on January 22nd.

Vindu Dara Singh, son of wrestling champ and actor Dara Singh (he was the adorable Dadaji from Jab We Met!) won Rs. 1 crore and title of winnerrrr of Big Boss 3!

The Big Boss 3 Season Finale was a huuuge event hosted by Amitabh Bachchan with performances by Raju Srivastav, Claudia Ciesla, Kamaal Rashid Khan, Sherlyn Chopra, Shamita Shetty, Tanaaz Currim and Aditi Govitrikar.

2010 is the year of the shaddi for Neil Nitin Mukesh as he’s all set to take the saath pheras with his fashion-designer sweetie Priyanka Bhatia.

This announcement is a big step for NNM because he has been quite secretive in the past about the gf situation, some beleiving that he was “ashamed” into not admitting he had a long-term relationship. He took her to the Jail premiere but no had a clue who she was so no photos were taken.

Well whatever the case may be, he’s going to make it legal and have a Mrs Mukesh so yay!

Shirish Kunder and wifey Farah Khan (Main Hoon Na and Om Shanti Om) announced that they were planning on making a film titled Joker. The script was being written for Shahrukh Khan however he refused (!). Kunder then approached close friend John Abraham who signed up asap! This will be Abraham’s second film with the husband-wife team’s production house Three’s Company (cause of their triplets..get it? hehe). He is also slated to start shooting for Alien Sahib with them.

Various media outlets are reporting that this is in SRK’s response to being replaced in Tees Maar Khan (which was written for Khan) with Akshay Kumar. Apparently Khan is pissy and is now refusing to do any films with her.

Farah decided to replace Khan because SRK’s Red Chilies Entertainment dumped her husband for Zoya Factor and so replacing him with Akshay was her response.

So now thats THREE films written FOR SRK that other actors are doing… whew!

Depending on whether you are Team John/Akshay or Team SRK you are either happy or sad at this news!

Sushmita Sen was finally granted an order from the High Court to adopt another baby. Alicia is 3 months old and joins older sister Renee, who is 10. SS has been quoted as saying she is in love with her new bebe. “She is extremely beautiful. She has got my mother’s complexion. Renee is like me and Alicia is like her grandmother.”

Congrats to Sush and her new bundle of joy!!

Saif Ali Khan has apparently recommended his ex-biwi Amrita Singh for Kunal Kohli’s next (of Hum Tum and Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic fame). The film stars Deepika Padukone and Imran Khan in the lead.

Considering he has two children with Ms Singh, its nice to see he’s helping her! Funny how once upon a time Ms Singh was at the top echelon and was recommending SAK for roles…how the tables have turned!

And we think Kareena Kapoor wouldn’t even bat an eyelash at this…why? Because she playing stepmommy to little Sara and Ibrahim now and knows that if their momma is well then ALL IZZ WELL! Hehe.

We heart Saifuu even more now, KK is a lucky gal!

Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif launched Cine Blitz Gold Love and Longing in the Hindi Cinema, a coffee table book that pays tribute to the Hindi film industry.

AK + KK recreated the cover which was the poster of Pyaasa starring the late Guru Dutt and Waheeda Rehman.

We can’t get over putting KK in the same caliber as Ms Rehman…but we’ll let it slide….

The book is filled with images from Raj Kapoor’s Awara to Madhur Bhandarkar’s Fashion featuring lots of quotes and glossy images.

If you know a filmy buff *ahem ahem* its the perfect gift for the holidays!!

Zarine Khan is playing Salman Khan’s love interest in Veer and speculations have been rife that she was roped in cause she bears significant similarity to Katrina Kaif.

We kinda see it.
