2010 is the year of the shaddi for Neil Nitin Mukesh as he’s all set to take the saath pheras with his fashion-designer sweetie Priyanka Bhatia.

Aww!

This announcement is a big step for NNM because he has been quite secretive in the past about the gf situation, some beleiving that he was “ashamed” into not admitting he had a long-term relationship. He took her to the Jail premiere but no had a clue who she was so no photos were taken.

Well whatever the case may be, he’s going to make it legal and have a Mrs Mukesh so yay!

Congrats to the new couple!

P.S. We’re excited to see who’ll be invited to he wedding and what the dulhan will be wearing!!! HEHE.

NNM began his career with a boom with a film that featured the name “Johnny” (Johnny Gaddar) and looking at the cast of Kay Kay Menon, Karan Nath and Soha Ali Khan we’re hoping it’s just as goooooood!!!

Sanjay Gadhvi, director of blockbusters Dhoom and Dhoom 2 was set to start production on his new film titled 7 Days in Paris with Imraan Khan and Priyanka Chopra however, now he is heroine-less and this is all due to matters of money.

It seems that our dear Piggy Chops asked for 5 crore for the role which Katrina Kaif turned down due to script conflicts.

Is PC asking too much?

We don’t think so! P-Chops was paid 3 crore for Pyaar Impossible under the Yash Raj Films banner opposite Uday Chopra so it’s pretty legit for her to demand the price she’s worth.

Let’s be frank here, women in this Industry have to struggle and fight for their price whereas lineage/ men make much more very easily. Case in point: Neil Nitin Mukesh who is asking for 2 crore with New York being his third movie. Only third. Whereas PC does an average 5-7 movies per year since she debuted in 2002.

Oyy, it seems that Neil Nitin Mukesh took the title of his movie New York a bit too far with that heinous Statue of Liberty tie.

Neil, you don’t need to promote your movie so…”creatively” because it’s quite brilliant in its message and you did you were amazing in it. So please no themed Statue of Liberty socks or boxers.

Ok, maybe we’re being too harsh because judging by the expression of NNM’s face it seems he realizes his mistake.

Morellato, an Italian watch brand has chosen an unlikely pair of Preity Zinta and Neil Nitin Mukesh to serve as ambassadors for their ‘his and hers’ watch line. By unlikely we mean that it’s different and fresh to see them together especially after Preity’s mini-hiatus from ads/movies because of her relationship with Ness Wadia. But now that she’s single and ready to mingle, lets hope we’ll see more of her!

It’d be interesting to see P and N make a movie together. C’mon badshah’s of Mumbai…make it happen!
